    Default synchro won't synch!



    Hi Kari,

    You can set up the log files (instructions are in the docs) to see what
    customer the synchronization process is getting hung up on. The
    synchro.log is pretty straight forward to read. =20

    My synchro has been up and running (more or less) well for several
    months. About a week ago, new orders & customers started to not synch,
    even though I get the message synchronization complete at the end. The
    product inventories seem to update. There have been no changes to
    either my merchant or QB that I am aware of.

    I deleted the store & reinstalled it & that did not fix the problem. It
    duplicated all of the customers up to the customer that won't synch,
    though! =20

    Any other thoughts or similar problems?
