I think GIMP will (an open source alternative to Photoshop).

There is a online version of Photoshop called Photoshop Express at www.photoshop.com I've never used the onlie version so I don't know how it compares to the actual full program. You can also download and use the Photoshop CS6 Beta available at: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/p...?promoid=JQCOB I'm not sure how long it will be good for as Adobe has a press conference on Tuesday April 24 regarding the full release. Hope this helps.

IrFanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) will open them for viewing. It's a great freeware tool as long as you don't want to edit much.

Hey Don,

I'm not sure if Paint Shop Pro will help in this instance. You may have to look into an alternative method for opening PSDs like one of the methods mentioned above.
