    Re: Importing Orders

Wow, glad to see you around. Too little of Miva developers now-a-days. Do you intend to update it - if necessary - and sell it?

    Re: Importing Orders

Our clients have exactly the same problem. Even when not going from MMUI to CSSUI, there is always a gap which needs to be filled. Clients don't need the cc data, just the orders. Is this maybe...
  3. Re: EmporiumPlus Follow-on Contact email

Bill's modules were always like this, as more you read them as more you find. Like a poem!
  4. Re: Need help with code for "Sort Shipping Plus Free Shipping Option" module

Ha ha just wanted to ask if you are using Bill's module.

Nice to see you around Bill!!
  5. Re: Need help with code for "Sort Shipping Plus Free Shipping Option" module

Sure, just use the import function under utilities.
  6. Re: Need help with code for "Sort Shipping Plus Free Shipping Option" module

I don't think so without any wild coding - go crazy!! I would probably use a custom product field instead. I know more work to maintain but doable. You could also use a common denominator as a...
  7. Re: Assign order to customer using SMT/toolkit after the order has been placed

Great advice Bruce. That's the right way to go! Toolbelt could do it but it would cost way more than your module and is easier to handle than coding ;)
  8. Re: Re-write product code in url with product title?

You could do this but would need a 301 redirect for all cases. It would be easier to rename the product codes and move the code to the sku field.
  9. Re: Increase Capacity of Product Name Field

Use a custom product field (i.e. longname) instead. We did it on this site http://www.watercraftsuperstore.net/sea-doo-rotary-valve-159-degree-gsx-gtx-420924502.html
  10. Re: Addressing Heartbleed security issue with MIVA

    Sorry, meant vulnerable!
  11. Re: Addressing Heartbleed security issue with MIVA

Now that the cat is out of the bag (heart bleed) and ecommerce customers know about it, shouldn't store owners assure them that their site isn't effected and at the same time ask to change the...

    Re: PayPal PayFlow Pro Issues

    Thanks Brennan!
  13. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

The framework got the same name and you have to remove the previous one. In case you applied any changes be aware that you lose them by selecting the new framework. Best save the changes as a new...
  14. Re: Need help with conditional code (for mobile site)

Did you check the token &mvt:global:tobeornottobe; contains the class name on the page? Simply put &mvt:global:tobeornottobe; on the page and you should see the content.

    This container doesn't...
  15. Re: Need help with conditional code (for mobile site)

Put this on top of the page. You may want to move the style to your stylesheet.

You got now a new class which is stored in the variable 'tobeornottobe' when the price is lower than 0.09. The...
  16. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Hey Scott, nice seeing you at the MMConf!

You are right about altering bootstrap.css although in Scott's case (yes, his name is Scott too) it was a JavaScript file for addthis which broke the site...
  17. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

I handed it over to one of my guys (Brian) and he told me that there was another JavaScript file which messed it up. The design looks odd in some cases because the guy who built the site replaced...
  18. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Safari issue is fixed and older browsers should work now too. YAY!
  19. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

He told me the entire story and I'll put an hour in for free if I can't find the culprit. Let's hope the phrase "no good deed goes unpunished" will not hit me <grin>
  20. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Did you try to replace the bootstrap.css with the original file?

BTW Talked already to Scott :) he called me.
  21. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Weird! FYI We are using the latest bootstrap too and don't have this issue. It has to be some change in the CSS or the custom.js contains something I didn't see.
  22. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

did you remove also the CSS file used by p7pm3?
  23. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Good one, I didn't try clicking in Safari. Try to remove the p7pm3 JavaScript (responsive menu). This maybe the culprit.

I also didn't check the custom.js called in the footer. Another suspect. ...
  24. Re: Bootstrap Framework for Miva Merchant - Support Thread

Gary, can you be a bit more specific? I tried FF/IE/Chrome/Safari current releases and didn't see any issues.
