    Re: Sharing Some CSS Fun

    Mark,

    Yes, that exactly...and maybe for other similar things.

    The issue I ran into is that I couldn't find a variable that would let me check to see if a product HAD an additional image....
  3. Re: Using Miva for content management

    Sam,

    Your basic idea is petty sound, and probably wouldn't take too much effort to create/manage. I'd consider using the Alternate Category/ Product fields to allow you to use different page...

    Re: Sharing Some CSS Fun

    Typically in the Product page, it could be used in the Category pages, but getting Image Machine to work on the category page is a bit of an effort unto itself.

    Its also just an illustration of...

    Yea, that's the real problem that needs to be worked out. :)
  6. Re: Sebenza Ultimate Reviews - view 5, then view all on PROD page

    Yea, I'd think you have to construct it like:

    <style>
    #reviews.brief li:nth-of-type(1n+4) { display:none }
    #reviews.all li:nth-of-type(1n+4) { display:block }
    </style>

    <ul id="reviews"...

    Sharing Some CSS Fun

    Client only wanted to show Click to Swap Images" if there where swap-able images with thumbnails. Couldn't find a variable to wrap that line of text so, used CSS.

    <style>
    .thumbnails...
  8. Re: Sebenza Ultimate Reviews - view 5, then view all on PROD page

    You'd bind the show all button to the javascript:

    onclick="document.getElementById('theIdStyleWhichHidReviews').style.display='block';"
  9. Re: Weight Limit (ground) for UPS online tools.

    Yup, that seems to be it.
  10. Weight Limit (ground) for UPS online tools.

    Couldn't find a specific reference, but is there (and what is ) a weight limit for UPS ground shipments?
  11. Re: Is there a good way to calculate entire order savings in % and $ amounts on invoi

    Didn't check an actual array, but are you sure the OrderItems array has cost? Its not stored in the OrderItems database? But, you could use this approach with a custom order field.
  12. Re: Sebenza Ultimate Reviews - view 5, then view all on PROD page

    Here, take a look at this...its the basis for another project we did (but is now longer active so I can't show it).

  13. Re: Is There An Easy Way To Import Products From Another Store?

    Yes, export categories, products (with cat assignments) and attributes (if any). then, Import in the same order.
  14. Re: Sebenza Ultimate Reviews - view 5, then view all on PROD page

    Inspector might help...and of course, this is precisely the type of probing that is beyond the internal Token viewer. However, I suspect that g.ReviewCount is a 'total' and you are looking for a...

    Re: Storing Arrays?

    Although, if you have the option, using MySQL will be happier in the long run...(at least it is for me) :)
  16. Re: Is There An Easy Way To Import Products From Another Store?

    CSSUI/MMUI doesn't really apply to Category/Products.
  17. Re: Changing CSSUI_links destinations ~ making BASK secure

    Other than hand coding it using &mvt:global:secure_sessionURL;Screen=BASK&Action=ADPR etc...I don't know of a way...but why? Are you having customer's enter information on that screen?

    Re: Category product width

    You have tons of options. What I am saying is that the only thing that's going to "look" good is to have images that are the same size (even if that size is simply a standard sized border around each...
  19. Re: Hiding State or Province Depending on Country Chosen

    The other option, if you are only shipping to US/Canada, is to remove State/Other completely, and add the Provinces to the state drop down list (see States folder on the left nav).

    This makes your...
  20. Re: Can attributemachine and imagemachine tokens be moved before the tag

    If you are not using attribute machine functions, you should remove those items from your template pages. One of the keys to speeding up Merchant is to remove any item assigned to a template that is...
  21. Re: Miva 4 Layout in Our MMUI Miva 5 Store?

    That Looks like MM5 MMUI code to me. You can always get the original by going the page template in question and at the bottom of the admin, open the Versions list, choose Original, and then click the...

    Re: Random Category Link-Toolkit

    I thought there already was one of those...don't know because I don't/wouldn't use it. Basically, you don't know why a customer bought X and Y. And without very sophisticated algorithms, you end up...
  24. Re: Can I have a Different Category Tree / Greaphics Depending On Products / Categori

    Yea, I think using the Two top levels would be easiest from a maintenance/mental perspective. Not sure if there is a specific tool kit command to find the Top most level, but if not, you could just...

    Re: Random Category Link-Toolkit

    Yea, Tool Belt would make this easy (love using MySQL queries instead of coding <g>)... but I think you COULD do this in smt code (5.20) albeit messy.
