Emporium Plus will not be selling modules for three days beginning June 8, 2007 (Friday). Most modules will still be available at Design Extend and MivaCentral during this period.
Software support will be limited to emergencies and provided by Pamela at Design Extend. Please use the support system at Design Extend for emergency issues. Please refrain from asking non-emergency questions during this period. Direct email to my address will not be answered until until I am back online, so it is essential that you use the support system which will alert Pamela.
Please limit questions to emergencies which cannot be withheld until June 11. I realize this may be an inconvenience, although rarely is there an "emergency" question. In most cases the answers are in the install docs. Please review the install doc and any frequently asked questions in it before posting questions. In rare cases, it may be necessary to make the module inactive under admin:modules until the issue can be resolved next week. Do NOT unassign a Merchant 5.x module without reviewing the important message about that subject near the end of http://www.emporiumplus.com/tk3/v3/doc.htm
Unfortunately, I am not going on vacation. I postponed a hernia surgery for a few months due to the unexpected loss of my backup support, Luray Williams. I picked a new date so that the time I would be unavailable would be during a traditionally low level of activity. The first two weeks of summer has been a "slow time" for the past eight years. I also managed to schedule this on a Friday so that two of the three expected recovery days were on a weekend; also a slow time. I hope this decision will have the least impact on the stores which use Emporium Plus modules.
