Completely non-Miva Merchant, I am sure, but y'all know all the best software:
I need an online reservations system for vacation condo rentals. Functions need to include:
1. Ability for multiple condo owners to manage their reservation calendar, where they can get into a private admin and block off or open up dates reserved by telephone or cancelled.
2. Online customers reserve specific dates within limitations (particular weeks for some, minimum days for others, etc.)
3. Secure ability to enter credit card info, without charging it, though, so no gateway necessary.
I'll also need a search functionality for finding condos based on location, size, price, etc., but that might be a separate piece of software.
