Edit "Continue" buttons?

Hello,

I was currious if there is any easy way to edit the "Continue" buttons that are displayed in the basket and checkout screens? "<mvt:item name="buttons" param="Continue" />"
I'd like to relable or replace with a image.

You can do so by clicking on your storename, then the button tab.
