Design Modules?

Any idea is there any designing modules from which i can customize my web front store as well as background image of the pages and other stuff

You don't really need modules to do the standards of design in MIVA Merchant 5. Version 5 uses templates to control the overall design of the store as well as the various screens.

If you're new to MIVA Merchant and need insight on using the templates, as well as other MIVA Merchant features, there is a book (http://www.designextend.com/page/miva/PROD/MMBook5)available that will walk you through it all.
