I sent an item to UK by Global Priority Mail on January 3rd. Customer says he never received it. Called USPS phone number, they said they cannot trace the package.
I am at a loss of what to do next? Could someone else share their experience with lost packages? Or any tips of how to prevent this from happening again?

We experienced delays even in the US right after the holidays. Priority Mail was sometimes taking 7-10 days.
There's not a lot that can be done to trace Global Priority. However, do you use a service, such as Endicia (http://www.designextend.com/de.mv?ARTID=000023), which offers insurance for foreign shipments?

So my customer in UK finally got his order TODAY! I shipped it on January 3rd!:eek:

Just keep in mind that you've got the USPS to get the package over there, then customs, then UK delivery... The estimated time is just that - an estimate.
