I recently moved to a new computer, so I moved both Quickbooks Pro 2005 and Miva Synchro 1.63. Everything appears to be configured the same as on the old computer. However, if I check "Full Product Scan at Next Synchronization", it only does a few products (maybe 10), not everything. On the old computer, everything sync'ed.
I have made some changes to the way products are synchronized. First of all, I only sync products created in MIVA Merchant, not those created in Quickbooks. I have it set so that Quickbooks overwrites MIVA Merchant, and the sync direction is QuickBooks -> MIVA Merchant.
In the Fields section of Synchro, for inventory items, I have deleted all mappings except:
MIVA: Inventory Stock Level
QB: Quantity on Hand
Direction: QB -> MIVA
When: Both
I did this because I only want Synchro to set the MIVA inventory counts based on what is currently in Quickbooks. I don't want any other data copied over.
So I'm just looking for help on why the full product list in QB is not being synchronized. Again, these settings worked on my old computer.
Thanks,
Susan
