We recommend E-lance.com, you create an account, spec out your requirements and watch as the bids come in - each graphic artist has his portfolio online. Our clients have received the logo they wanted and never paid more than $100 with 5 revisions.

E-Lance is a great place to get services as cheap as possible, usually by teenagers living with their parents or people in other countries who can live a week on $100. In fact, there are people on there doing everything sitedirections.com does, but cheaper.
