Hi, I have a customer who is complaining that the login button is dead (disabled I presume) when he tries to place an order. I have tried this with his account and am unable to duplicate the problem. Has anybody ever seen this problem before and know how to fix?

Thanks,

Listing the URL to the site is a good place to start. Can't help if we don't know where to go look.

Also did you ask what browser they are using?

Sure, www.abraham-hicks.com/mm5/ (http://www.abraham-hicks.com/mm5/) will get you to the store.

He says IE6.

A couple things I did notice - your Checkout link takes your to the Basket screen instead of the Checkout. If you are logged it the login in button in the cat tree does "go away" and is replaced with an account link. But the login in button when you do want to log in for checkout does work.

See if you can get more details - what step the person took to get the button to not work.

Yes, I did that on purpose... clients liked it that way better. Clients often find things confusing that make perfect sense to me but what're ya gonna do? Anyhow, thanks for checking, will do.
