Where to Download Google Checkout Module

On the directions for installing Google Checkout for mm5, it states that we are supposed to upload the module to our store. Where do I find the module for mm5? I have already set up an account with Google Checkout but I am having problems integrating because I can't find the module. What am I missing here?

Google Checkout for MM5 requires the MIVA Engine v5.06 be installed.

Have your host update your engine and you should get a popup for an update to add the module once you login after the engine update.

If you are already running v5.06, click on the Update Wizard in your admin.
