Odd MM URL

Okay, at first I thought </plugins/MivaMerchants/merchant.mvc>
was a little odd until I got nosy and peaked at the code:

Should I email them? The store seems to be slow too. Unfortunately, it looks like a low budget store that might think it needs bargain basement hosting.

This is a result of a poor hosting situation where the host has failed to follow MIVA's security bulletin back in March of 2000 warning not to install Empresa to use the Long CGI-BIN method.

Its a simple fix, but a handful of hosts (including several very large ones) either dont feel it's an issue - or is too much trouble to fix.

Merchant should NEVER be run this way.
