I am a new user to Miva Synchro and am having the two problems below. The fix is probably a simple change of a setting but I am at a loss for where/what it is.
I am getting an error message when downloading orders from Miva Merchant into QuickBooks Pro 2006. The error message is "QuickBooks error: The name "Global Express" of the list element is already in use". I entered test orders using all of our shipping methods to determine where the errors were coming from. It is happening on all of the shipping methods for International orders. None of the U.S. orders have this error.
We are also using the Discount at Checkout module from Advanz and the discount is not being captured in the download.
