Batch Selected orders??

I have a lot of back-ordered product. I will not be ready to batch these for a while. However, I also have a few special orders that need to batched. How can I only batch a few select ones? As soon as I batch, my credit card company has these and will process...so I need to be careful.

My merchant bank seems to process the orders when they are batched. I don't need to process the orders individually after batching. Does this make sense?

When I batch my orders, I batch them in MIVA. For all I care, I don't really need to batch anything. Orders are just there for my records.
You are saying that when you batch your orders, the fact that you just batched them somehow gets transmitted to your bank?
I am using Paypal payment pro, if this helps.

If you are setup for authorize only, batching and marking orders processed will submit the batch to the processor for settlement.
