Cannot install new admin.mvc

I'm trying to update MIVA; however, I keep receiving the below error message.

Any ideas?

First off, do you have your own SSL certificate?

Judging from the error message that came up trying to simply load those graphics, I would say either your secure paths are incorrect - or your hosting company hosed up your SSL installation.

Next time you post to the forum, please dont post HTML like that - just the error information is fine - along with a description of the problem and what causes it.
