Post Affiliate Pro - Help

Ok I have been beating this thing up for a while now. I bought post affiliate pro because some on this forumn said they use it and like it. I like thee features and its potential..however I cannot for the life of me figure out how to impliment it into the invoice page where it only pays commission on the subotatal of the order. I do not want affiliates getting commissions on shipping and taxes. I am not a MIVA coder. I downloaded the toolkit from Weiland and the Latu's store helper but since you really cant test the invoice page its hard for me to see what works and what doesnt when it comes to creating variables. Can someone please help me with this??

Why can't you test the invoice page. Create a test product that sells for 1 cent. Put it in an availability group. Put yourself in that availability group. Now only you can find and buy that item. Next, assign the check module to your store. Buy the test product using a check. No money changes hands and the sales total is only 1 cent (nothing that would dramatically throw off your statistics).

Don't forget to inactivate the check module after you are done testing. Unless, of course, you want to take checks in your store.
