MIVA Synchro Question

I am setting up synchro to work with QB for the first time.

What information has to be exactly identical for MIVA to NOT to create a new product in QB?

Hey Jim,

Check out the "Fields" tab in MIVA Synchro to see how the different product fields are being mapped between the two applications.

As far as I can remember, Synchro maps the "code" field in MM to the "name" field in QB and the "name" field in MM to the "description" field in QB. Since the "code" field in MM is always unique, you'll want to base it off of that field.

Is anyone out there available as a consultant to help us set up our MIVA Synchro to Quick Books properly. I have tried it and cannot do it myself.
