Hi:
For the past week we've been getting a flurry of phone calls from people not able to send us email (getting Mail Returns) and not receiving our emails (we get mail returns).
Today we've narrowed down the problem, to a particular MM host, whereas our servers are blacklisted - this means NO users from the particular host may email us, nor will they receive order confirmations, etc.
Should you experience any difficulty on sending/receiving mail from DesignExtend.com (or our other domains), please do contact us by calling - our contact info is here:

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the fix has to come from the host, and we await the action to take place.
