The Ticket Parameter is Invalid???

has anyone come across this problem before?

The full error message when I try to synchronize my orders into quickbooks 2004 is...

QUickbooks error: Error communicating with Quickbooks: The Ticket parameter is invalid

I can't download any orders when I was fine all day.

Please help!!!! Thanks!!!

I saw this problem tonight while trying to synchronize. I closed down Synchro and Quickbooks, brought both up and tried again. I still got the problem. For some reason I tried one more time and it just started working.

I did the same thing. It was almost like Quickbooks was messed up from synchronizing and had to be restarted? The only thing I did different when I went back and thought about it was that I deactivated and then deleted some items off of my site and then when I went to synchronize it was trying to pull those items down off the server but they were no longer there. That is the only thing I can think of that was different?
