Web based invoice systems

Can anyone reccomend a robust web-based billing system for creating invoices, statements, recurring billing, annual billing etc.

This billing system is very limited and I am looking to replace it:

Hmmm...I guess its time to just embrace QB Premiere.

Have a look at http://www.perlbill.com. They're the same that created PerlDesk. I've dealt with inverseflow, and that was a lost cause-waste of time and money. I don't have any direct feedback on PerlBill, but it might worth some investigation.
