The continue button on the payment selection page (acdpro_template) does not work and the customer cannot proceed. I only have Paypal notification and Credit Card Simple Validation set up. I thought i would try to do some trouble shooting so I tried to delete these payment modules to see if the Contiue button would then work. Deleted Paypal with no probem but get an error with the Credit Card Modue that says it cannot be deleted becaue it is in use by one or more orders. Obviously, I have some files that are locked. How can I fix this??

Once you delete the orders that were placed with the module, it will let you remove it. Alternatively, you can inactivate it under the modules menu.

Yes, that works. So I now have removed both of my payment modules and still the problem is not fixed. I cannot proceed past Continue. Any suggestions?? My host is no help and meanwhile my site is down...
Maybe i have some corrupt files??

It seems to be fine currently, but I get this error:
MIVA Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:
Error Code: MER-SUI-MMU-00001
Description: No payment modules are configured. Please contact the administrator directly.

I set the payment module back up so you do not get this message now. However, once you choose the payment method and hit Contiue that is where it stalls. If you want, you can use Username: Orders with a password of lobster so you don't have to keep typing in all the required info. I use that username for testing only so it will have no inpact. Order as much lobster as you want.

The error is:
Error Code: MER-DBE-OPN-00002
Description: Unable to open store 'maritime, maritime'
I think you might have a form embedded in a form in your html; i.e. some html form tags are occurring out of place and combining with another form. Because of that, you're experiencing an doubling of the
<input type="hidden" name="Store_Code" value="maritime"> from one of the other forms. I'd go over all the html on that page carefully to figure out where the error in the template is.
