MM5 Paypal Website Payments Pro Variable Values

Anybody know where to get the return values for the variables within the Website Payments Pro module?

I am looking for the possible values that will be returned for '&mvt:global|order|pay_data;'. With the Paypal Sandbox you will only get the values 'VISA' or 'PAYP', need to know what will be returned for Mastercard, Discover or Amex.

Typically they are MC, AMEX and DISC

Although I havent played with PayPal Payments Pro much.

That would be a good question for PayPal to answer, since it is their service that is returning the value.

Vic, Paypal's docs say they will return up to 10 characters, with MC and DISC actually spelled out as MasterCard or Discover.

Was hoping that a MIVA rep could advise if that information is parsed as MC or DISC, this is a final bit of information we want to enable in our merchant notification emails.

Paypal has an API reference that appears to fully document what they provide in the way of variables, my hope is that MIVA has a similar reference without having to do trial and error to find out the values.

Sorry for the delay in our response. The values we use are VISA, MCRD, AMEX and DISC. I hope this helps.
