Hi. My clients are not very comfortable with more advanced computer uses (like using an ftp program to navigate a server and download and exported "Orders" dat file).

Can someone recommend a good 4.x module (Netpush Order Standard perhaps?) that will allow my clients to access and download orders using an intuitive interface? Background...they need to send a CSV file daily to the packing house that processes and ships the orders.

I can train them to export and download teh "Orders" file, but it's probably not a good idea for them to be on the server...or even clicking around in the MIVA ADMIN.

Thank you!

Truxoft's UltraBatch Module (http://tinyurl.com/keaw7).

I certainly would not send a fulfillment center an orders.dat file. That file contains information the fulfillment center does not need and can compromise your customers information.

With UltraBatch, you can customize which fields are included in the report and email it to yourself or somewhere else, in several formats, including csv.

PERFECT...thanks for the insight Vic....as always. I must say that you've been a big help in getting my store up and running these past couple weeks!

Regarding the Supermod, I notice that when exporting the data using the UltraBatch product, the orders listed in the Excel file do not include any of the attribute or additonal shipping address info.

For example, an order with 2 products shipped to 2 different addresses, only appears as one line item and one shippign address.

In fact, the only way I can see to access the additonal shipping information is to manually look up each order and edit the excel file to split the 1 order into 2 line items. yikes!

Can anyone suggest an export mod that works with the Address/Checkout Supermod, separating each "Ship to" address as a different line item?

PS The copernicus website lists an Import/Export Supermod but the page refers us to teh mivacentral website which does not list the Import?Export supermod as an option.
