View Full Version : Duplicate confirmation emails

I'm in test mode with authorize.net/PayQuake and Miva is sending me duplicate confirmation emails. Only one order is being placed but it's generating two emails. Otherwise checkout seems to be working. What to do?

Are you sure they are both coming from your Merchant store and not one of them coming from your Payment Gateway?

Thanks for answering, Vic. Yeah, I'm actually getting four emails: one from PayQuake (to me as purchaser), one from Miva saying an order has been placed (copy of email sent to store owner), and the two duplicates saying "thank you for your order" from Miva (to me as purchaser)

Do you have yourself copied on the customer confirmations?
