Can't find exported file

I'm trying to export categories. The utility says the three categories were exported to: merchant5/S01/export/categories.dat I can't find any of these directories (merchant5, S01, or export) I have an MM5 directory on my site. Where should I find this file in relation to that?

Go up another directory. You'll likey find a miva, mivadata, or htsdata folder below the www root.

We don't see any of those. Root level of our site is MM5 and a bunch of loose files.

Then contact your host and have their either unhide it, or explain how you access the miva data folders.
