Redo an Invoice

Is there any way to redo an invoice becasue of a change in order on the backend.

If I have an order with three items on it and one is no longer avaialable I would like to be able to resend an invoice with the adjusted amount.

Not through Merchant.

Thanks but these are way too much for the simple thing I need. I can do them manually for now. I dont for see us redoing alot of invoices
