limit check box options

I am using Sebenzas Product Template Manager, and the products have attributes (ex. 1.2 oz. $5.00 and 3.2 oz. $8.95). I'm using checkboxes, but want to limit the user to only one check box.

Right now they are able to check both boxes, but only one attribute is transfering to the basket.

Change to radio buttons for the attributes instead of checkboxes.

Initially, I had it as radio buttons, but there was no way to uncheck. The way it was set up, the user was able to check both buttons and only one option ws sent through.
