Tell me I'm the only one this is happening to. My "best sellers" list on the main page of my admin screen reads:
Best Sellers:
<ProductName> 32
<ProductName> 1
<ProductName> 2
<ProductName> 8
<ProductName> 1

Not surprisingly, this is the exact order the records appear in the database. Did Miva forget to include the ORDER BY clause? We don't use this (just noticed it today actually), but I thought it was funny enough to share...

I don't get what's happening... is it not sorting the most popular items? ranking top sold to least? if so that's kinda funny

This was discussed in another post, as soon as I find it, I will post it here. It is actually a bug in MIVA Merchant 5. I am pretty sure the only way to get around it is to use a module or wait for MIVA to fix the problem.

I agree, it is pretty bad... If this is truly a bug, which it looks like it is, MIVA should be ashamed that it has been this long and still no fix. Especially on something so basic as "Best Sellers".
