Multiple Checkout Surveys

Does anyone know of a method and/or module to handle multiple merchant surveys at checkout? We've signed up to feed product listings to 5 different comparison shopping sites and would like to offer up the corresponding customer surveys, depending on where the customer originated from. Right now, we've got the survey code for 2 of the comparison shopping sites on our checkout page, but don't want to add the other 3 because it would probably blow our customer's minds with 5 pop ups.
