Insert Title?

Is there a module that will automatically insert an items name into the browser title via a token?

Cant seem to find one...the search here stinks.

However, in OpenUI where you have your Head Insert area, you can add this:

Don't believe you are misreading anything. User seems to want to duplicate the title tag for some unknown reason.

Either as Jason said, he wants a duplicated title, or perhaps he's confusing Meta tag product descriptions for the title.
