View Full Version : Customer can't pay - Cycled back to order page

I have now had two customers, that I know of, that couldn't make a payment. Once they clicked on the final button to make their payment they were cycled back to the order page. This happened to them repeatedly.

I have received successful orders coming through and went in a made a purchase from a different computer using a credit card and was successful.

So, apparently this is not something that happens all the time,,, but how often I don't know. Once is one too many.

Any ideas on why they may be happening? How to fix it?

Both have happened within the last 2 weeks. My site has been up for quite some time and this is the first,,, but they're close enough together to give me concern. :eek:

This is usually caused by the customer clicking on the browsers back button, or even having their security settings set too high.

The basket session gets corrupted and MIVA's default behavior in this case is to expire the basket and send the customer back to the storefront.
