How to Change <HTML>Tag [Archive] - Miva Merchant Community Forums

Im having a problem with my site. I need to change the <HTML> Tag to
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

and cant do it with Miva4. I have Miva 5 for all my other sites and I can
do it (cause of its flexibility) How do I do it with Miva 4 so IE
will read my site correct.
