Hi,
I'm having a new problem with the price category when I'm uploading a flat file. If it's a new file, it's uploading everything but leaves all my prices 0. I've tried it again, thinking that perhaps I had missed the drop-down for price, but I hadn't. Previously I didn't have this problem, it is recent, the past two weeks or so. I tried it with another new flat file and had the same issues with those new products as well. I ended up having to go into each item separately and add in the pricing.
I've also uploaded a file to update existing items with new pricing and that failed as well. It tells me that the file has been uploaded, and gives the correct number of products that were updated, but even when the pricing is the only aspect that's update, it's not taking this. This has me in a panic as I hadn't realised that these items didn't have the new pricing and now customers have purchased them at the old price. This affects hundreds of products.
Is there something that's changed recently that I'm not aware of? I'm running MIVA 4.24.
Thanks,
Anna
