Miva Mia

I have used Miva Mia to test different changes to my store in the past. I have gotten a new computer (old one blew up) and want to test changes locally with Mia, I have searched everywhere trying to find the Docs to copy my entire store to my computer to no avail. Can anyone help me out as to the location Please
