Hi! I am using Miva Merchant v 4.23 and Miva engine 4.14. I installed Open UI so that I could use a coupon module with my miva store. Up until now I have not had any problems with Open UI (have had it about 3 months now).
As of about 2 weeks ago, I am unable to expand or collapse the categories and subcategories in the Admin mode. I tried contacting Open UI but their Help Desk (that's any oxymoron!) is permanently CLOSED. I contacted Miva customer support but they cannot help me since this is a 3rd party item. I am not sure what else to do other than remove Open UI entirely, which I really DO NOT want to do. :confused:
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? If it is not repairable, can anyone recommend another way to be able to offer coupons without needing Open UI? I hate that I have spent all this extra money for a product that does not even work properly.
