I bought Miva Synchro in July and have posted 3 questions to this forum in that time. I've gotten 1 response TOTAL.
Now I'm guessing I'm not the only one who encounters the problems I'm having, unless few people use Synchro, so my question is, where are people getting their help from, if not here?
Unless I'm missing something, it appears that the cheapest Miva Support program costs $400, and I'm certainly not going to spend again as much as I paid for Synchro. How can a company sell software for $400 and offer NO free tech support period?
