Help With Attribute Set-up

I will be selling a product that comes in small, medium and x-large. The physical nature of the product are the same in every way, except size and price. Rather than having to display all 3 sizes separatly, is there a way to do so using attributes. I've seen some websites that display the price of a product in the drop down list to the right of the particular attribute, maybe this is possible?

Big Jim,

The only thing I noticed, is on the first image you have the Small at $31.95. I am guessing your base product is $31.95 and a small should be $0.00 extra. Then you add $4.00 and $8.00 for the other sizes.

Example:
Product Code SHIRT: $31.95
Size:
Small $0.00
Medium (Add $4.00)
X-Large (Add $8.00)
