Replacing Files on Import

Why is it when I import products via a flat file and choose the replace option, the original is not replaced? I had to basically update my products categories and rather do this one at a time I eported the product DB, change the categories and then imported the updated file. I tried both update and replace and neither affected the categories I had changed?

Did you click "Overwrite" when you uploaded the file?

Do you get any errors when you process the import? Are any of your files being skipped? Do you have any spaces in your category code input?
