We need to revise our Login and Checkout pages, any suggestions ?don?t hold back, we know our baby is not prettiest in the neighborhood? :o
Please send us some links if not too much trouble.
Our Login page is: https://www.cubacollectibles.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=d87a2e491570231a23c9b7ae4a 4195af&Screen=LOGN&Order=1
I like it..its simple...and simple seems to work..rather than having a confusing amount of text and what not to read....

Thanks, but our customer base is 50 and over, and they are not computer/internet savvy. We often get e-mails/phone calls asking us what to do when they get to this page. For us it seems obvious, and for experienced Internet shopper too.
But for a few, they get confused. We want to change that, make it a fast, easy and as pleasant experience as possible. Who knows, mabe the improvements can improve our conversion rate.

Perhaps eliminate the log in requirement all together? Just go straight to checkout?
