View Full Version : Problems with Earthlink Host Support

Earthlink has hosted my website for 5 years. I am trying to upgrade from Miva v4.13 to Miva 4.24. I spent hours Friday on the phone with Miva and Earthlink only to conclude Earthlink is way, way behind in being able to support e-commerce.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and been able to work around Earthlink?

Unfortunately, with Merchant, they have not been able to provide much in the way of support for quite some time.

Way behind? I dont think they've ever had acceptable support for MIVA Merchant. Nor do they much in the way of performace.

I'm working with Wolfpaw today as a result of this thread. Seems Vic at Wolfpay has a good grasp of my situation and solutions. Thanks for the reply.
