Questions about module installation :
1. As a developer, can I install modules simply by purchasing them and using the "add module" feature in Miva 4.23 ?
2. Most modules say "THIS MODULE REQUIRES A NEW USER INTERFACE MODULE TO BE INSTALLED FIRST" - what does that mean in terms of work I need to do or software I need to buy?
3. Is there anything else I need to know if I want to start puchasing and installing modules?
Thanks,

Questions about module installation :
1. As a developer, can I install modules simply by purchasing them and using the "add module" feature in Miva 4.23 ?
Pretty much, yes.
2. Most modules say "THIS MODULE REQUIRES A NEW USER INTERFACE MODULE TO BE INSTALLED FIRST" - what does that mean in terms of work I need to do or software I need to buy?
This usually means the module requires OpenUI be installed. If you do not already have OpenUI installed, you will need to purchase and install it first.
3. Is there anything else I need to know if I want to start puchasing and installing modules?
Follow the instructions included with the module. Make note of the developer who wrote it so you know where to go for support, and most important, make sure you understand exactly what the module does before you purchase it. The most common reason people return modules is because they mis-understood its capabilities. If you have a question - email the developer before you buy.
Also, be sure you purchase the version of the module that works for your version of MIVA Merchant.

Followup question:
Can I install OPENUI on my own using the same "add module" feature ?

You could yes.
