CBS SuperMod Problem Nuts

Hi All,
I'm running into a problem since installing the CBS Shipping SuperMod Module. I'm getting the message "Shipping to be determined later: $0.00" on the Check Out pages in the basket area. Fortunately, the shipping methods are still actually there and get properly added to the basket, BUT this annoying message won't go away, and I'm usure it's confusing to customers.

Running: miva 4.24, openui 4.956, cbs shipping supermod 4.85, viking UPS Advanced, and Viking USPS International Modules.

Please any and all suggestions are welcome.

Have you completed a test order all the way to completion (INVC screen)?

We used to see this while people were testing thier stores, and once a test order had been followed through to completion, the message went away.

Thanks. I logged out of miva. Made sure I cleared my basket and cleared the browser cookies and cache. Message has gone away.

What about acquiring the methods? That's a key step.
