We are having some inventory issues and I'm trying to simplify things as much as possible, slowly disabling or eliminating modules that have anything to do with inventory in an attempt to try to isolate the cause of the problem.
We are using the Restock Shelves module because it performs a valuable function. But I had an idea. I'm in no way saying that this module has anything to do with our problem, but I could easily write a 10 or 15 line Perl script that logs into Miva and does a GET on the One-Click Basket Cleanup link. Then just have that script run automatically via Cron every 10 minutes or whatever.
Anyone see a problem doing this?? Again I'm just trying to eliminate unnecessary modules etc. so this seems like a no-brainer.
