Hello,

I am getting this message when installing OpenUI when I am at the wizard.


The tests have failed. You must contact your host and have them correct your Miva Empresa engine installation before continuing.
A fatal error occurred and will have to be corrected before the Wizard can continue.
Move Failed!


What needs to be done to fix it?

That would indicate that your host's configuration is messed up, likely permissions are set wrong.

Contact your host and have them fix it.

and what should the permissions be on the Merchant2 folder and it subfolders?

Who is your host?

If the server config is setup right, this should not be an issue. Contact your host. Or follow the instructions in the Empresa setup docs.

and what should the permissions be on the Merchant2 folder and it subfolders?

So would I, but I dont make the decisions. I am simply getting paid to do what they want.

They have long had issues with OpenUI installs. Even with the errors in the server configuration fixed, it will likely take a manual install to get OUI installed.
