Miva Mailer down?

Can I please get an answer as to what's going on with the Miva Mailer server? I've tried asking the Indian tech support, and they told me it would be fixed shortly - that was on Friday. I've spoken with Q. on Friday, he mentioned possibly refunding everyone? What does that mean? Is Miva stopping the Mailer program? This is very frustrating. I pay for this service and have time sensitive pre-orders that I have almost no way to market.

I'm having the same problem with Miva Mailer. I have not been able to get it to work for weeks. Miva support sucks now, since they farmed it out to India (not that it was that great before)! They told me it would be fixed weeks ago, but they failed to follow-thru and get it working.:mad: Who is Q?

Yeah, this whole situation sucks. I've supported Miva financially for years, and the Mailer service is something I pay for. It's sad that no one from Miva is even bothering to comment on this thread, or post anything about this on the site. Keep in mind, Miva's tag line is "Infinite Growth" and they claim to help small businesses grow, but for our company sticking with Miva has actually prevented growth in some situations, case in point with the Mailer thing right now.

Miva Mailer is not working! When I click on "Send Email", it just hangs until after several minutes it says: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

We are working on the solving the problem. We announced in the conference that Miva Mailer v2.0 will be powered by Exact Target and it will be a much more reliable, first class service.
