Hello -

I am using Miva4 with Shipworks for order processing. As I looked to expand my marketing strategy, I started to use Amazon.

Currently shipworks does not support Amazon (which disappoints me since SW for Miva imho works awesome for Miva) and we have to manually input Amazon orders into Shipworks.

I was wondering if you had a suggestion for an Amazon order processing software so i could stop manually entering orders and thus saving time and cutting down on mistakes.

Thanks in advanced...

The Stone Edge Order Manager supports several Amazon platforms including Marketplace, Z-Shops and SellerCentral. If you are using SellerCentral, the Order Manager can also return acknowledgement, fulfillment and adjustment feeds provided you use Amazon's XML API for your order information. If you would like clarification on this, feel free to contact me directly. For more information on the Order Manager: http://www.stoneedge.com/ordermanager.htm

Ditto on Order Manager. It is, by far, the most versatile solution and supports several carts.
