We're pleased to announce that FedEx Advanced (http://vikingcoders.com/go.mv?ID=BROK_FEDEX) now supports FedEx's freight options. So for those of you who have been carrying the burden of oversized and/or overweight products, deliverance is at hand.
From the updated FAQ:
This version will display the FedEx Freight options to the customer when there are products that qualify for FedEx Freight (over 150lbs). The exact details how how it does this depends on what exactly the customer has ordered....If the only items in the basket are items that would be offered freight (i.e. over 150lbs) then the module will simply offer the freight options to the customer exactly as it would offer the other FedEx methods (which of course would not be offered in this case):
FedEx 1 day freight ($234.00)
FedEx 2 day freight ($200.00)
If the order is a mix of freight qualified items and non-freight items (items less than 150 lbs) then the module will not offer the freight method sseparately but instead combine them together in the different combinations such that the customer will be able to select each "non-freight" method combined with each of the available freight methods. This will displayed to the customer in the form:
FedEx Ground ($5.40) + 1 day Freight ($234)
FedEx Ground ($5.40) + 2 day Freight ($200)
etc.

We are also now working on the Merchant 5 version of FedEx Advanced. Once that is released, we will tackle that other module so many of you have been asking about--Affiliate Manager 5.
