Tax Error In Miva5 + Worldpay

Hello,

Wondering if anyone here can point in the right direction on how to fix this strange error I'm receiving.

Using Miva5 + Worldpay (via 1steasy plug-in) orders get sent to worldpay fine, but upon successful transaction, customers return to miva with an error stating this is "Missing Required Tax Information" .. as a result, items seem to stay in customer baskets and inventory is not updated.

I'm pulling my hair out here! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Under Domain Settings, Settings - uncheck the box for Require Tax.

i would never have looked there. I assumed that this would disable all taxing functions.
